What kind of photo should I upload?
We recommend a high-quality photo with good lighting, where your pet’s features are clearly visible. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you during the upload process to make sure it’s pawfect!
Can I see the artwork before it’s printed?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital proof to review. If you’d like any tweaks, let us know—we offer unlimited revisions until you’re happy.
How long does it take to receive my portrait?
Once you approve your proof, we’ll get to work printing and shipping your portrait. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 days.
Do you only do cats and dogs?
Not at all! We’re happy to create portraits of any pet, whether it’s a rabbit, bird, horse, or something more exotic. If they’re your best friend, they’re our inspiration!
What if I’m not happy with my portrait?
